Professional Responsibility

This course meets the State of Wisconsin requirements for substance abuse counselor professional responsibility training. It provides a foundational overview of the field, including the counselor’s role and professional standards of conduct. Topics include ethical principles (both mandatory and aspirational), confidentiality requirements, proper record keeping, and cultural competency.
